Jynba LLC & Spyrobody presents a full day of body work for both you and your horse. All events are private sessions and will be customized to the needs of the horse & rider. Attend all three, or choose any two!

Equi-Thai™

Equi-Thai™ is an equine massage using manual techniques in addition with hot herbal compresses called luk pra kob. Luk pra kob is a compress made from various dried herbs wrapped in cotton traditionally used in Thai medicine. This compress is soaked in water, then steamed and used while hot (may be used as a cold compress also).

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is actually a fusion of various biomechanical disciplines in which acupressure and yoga-like stretches are dominant. It is one of the most effective modalities of body work offered, great for any athlete!

Gyrotonic®

Gyrotonic® exercises are based on a strength and stretch training program specifically designed using a unique pulley tower machine. The exercises help to free limited joints to a full range of motion. They incorporate three dimensional, functional movements to help improve everyday living.
